Nestled in charming Rogoznica, this remarkable villa offers accommodation for up to 12 guests just steps from Zatoglav Beach. Five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms include the Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor with a king-size bed and direct access to the upstairs lounge with 180-degree sea views, plus four bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with private en-suite bathroom and access to outdoor terraces with table (two terraces, each shared between two adjacent rooms). A multifunctional TV / Lecture room provides additional sleeping capacity for 2, with a separate dedicated bathroom nearby (also equipped with shower). All bathrooms include showers. Free WiFi and private parking complete the offering.

Private boat at the doorstep: a rare arrangement. A motorboat can be rented from Marina Frapa in Rogoznica (5 minutes by car) or from Marina Trogir, then moored directly at a buoy approximately 100 meters from the villa. Walking from the terrace into your own boat for a sunset cruise is an experience offered by very few coastal residences worldwide.
Carpe Diem² is the private residence of Dr. Thomas Leiber and at the same time an open house for family, friends, his own company network, and international contacts. The villa is made available to members of international entrepreneur networks such as EO and YPO, as well as to selected personal connections. Behind the house stands the same standard as behind the roughly 500 patents of its owner in the automotive sector: German engineering precision, Italian aesthetics, autonomous infrastructure.

From 14 to 27 September 2026, Carpe Diem² opens for a two-week workshop format. Concept: inspirational AI co-working. Each participant works on their own AI-driven automation project, with daily exchange and shared sessions among participants. The villa itself serves as a living lab: Fronius solar generation, Thermia heat pump, and autonomous energy management are on-site and become part of workshop discussions.
Minimum stay: 3 days. Preferential rate for participating network members. Limited capacity. This pre-registration is non-binding and serves planning purposes only.
